And that's not all: a low-cut filter and a 3-stage gain sensitivity switch allow fine-tuning of the sound during shooting, while a headphone output with volume control allows control of this sound . Finally, the MKE 400's supercardioid polar pattern and interference tube help reject unwanted background noise and ensure recordings are as clean as possible, which improves dialogue presence and clarity. In addition to the microphone's own features, a fur windscreen is included and is placed over the integrated windscreen for maximum protection against the wind. Plus, the included coiled cables with locking 3.5mm TRS and TRRS connectors secure the connection to the microphone and allow you to easily switch from your camera to your phone.
