The NTG2 is an ultra-lightweight condenser shotgun microphone designed for professional use in film, video, television and production. The NTG2 offers an electronically balanced output level and operates on either an internal 1.5 V supply (LR06) or 48 V phantom power. Wide bandwidth and controllable directivity, coupled with the low level of noise generated by its electronics SMT, make the NTG2 the ideal choice for film, video and dubbing. The great lightness of the NTG2 also makes it ideal for mounting directly on video cameras or extension poles. It comes with a stand and a windscreen that effectively suppresses all wind noise when recording outdoors under normal conditions.
