The Stealth is the world's first microphone with an auto-detect feature that detects 48V phantom power and automatically puts the microphone into active mode. A built-in, high-quality Class-A mic preamp eliminates the need for an external gain-boosting device in active mode. Stealth also offers a unique Sorbothane internal shock mounting system and legendary Aston build quality. With all of these industry-leading features and suitability for almost any application imaginable, we believe Stealth is the most versatile microphone in the world.
Stealth was developed in partnership with over 90 top sound engineers, producers and artists, members of the Aston 33 Development Panel, who took part in a series of blind listening tests designed to create the best sound possible. The resulting four tone settings, Vocal 1, Vocal 2, Guitar and Dark, offer an unprecedented variety of world-class sounds suitable for almost any application.
