The TT 808-AS is a compact active subwoofer with a small footprint and high performance. It is a bass-reflex subwoofer with two 8" woofers powered by a two-channel 1000 Watt amplifier, one for each woofer. The Baltic birch plywood cabinet is covered with a black, weather-resistant polyurethane. Management and tuning is done via RDNet software or via two preset selection buttons, a polarity button and an adjustable delay accessible on the rear panel. The TT 808 also features front vents, which allow it to be installed in recesses, rubber feet on two sides, and two threaded mast supports for horizontal and vertical positioning. Two balance bars are also included, making vertical positioning stable and secure. The TT 808-AS can be used on its own, in arrays of subwoofers, or as a low frequency complement to the TT 515-A loudspeaker.
