Tamron SP AF 60mm F/2 Di macro 1/1 lens

Reference: SP AF 60mm F/2 Di macro 1/1

The AF 60mm f/2.0 Di II Macro 1:1 is characterized by its high optical quality and excellent brightness. It builds on the long tradition of the legendary SP AF 90mm f/2.8 Di Macro 1:1 and SP AF 180mm f/3.5 Di Macro 1:1. Its 1:1 magnification ratio allows you to photograph in full format the smallest details that nature has to offer. It is part of the Tamron Super Performance (SP) lens range which stands out for its superior optical and mechanical quality.

Its high speed at full aperture lets you achieve dramatic background blur effects that make the pattern stand out from the background. In addition, it allows shooting in low light conditions.

A new autofocus system allows you to adjust the sharpness manually at any time without having to switch from AF mode to MF mode. The optics are equipped with a generously sized focusing ring that ensures perfect grip and precise control, two elements that are particularly important in macro photography.

The 60mm macro lens has been exclusively designed for DSLR bodies with a 16x24mm or smaller sensor and provides an angle of view equivalent to a 93mm focal length at full frame. This lens is ideal for macro photography and portrait photography.

Aberrations are kept to a minimum thanks to Tamron's Di II technologies. In particular, the "internal surface treatments", also applied to the bonded surfaces of the lens groups, ensure brilliant and sharp images right up to the edges. This exceptional lens guarantees you impressive photos.

Please note that Di II lenses are exclusively designed for small format sensor DSLR bodies smaller than 24mm x 16mm. Di II lenses are not designed for full frame or 35mm SLR cameras because their image sensor is unable to cover the entire full frame, causing the corners of the image to darken (therefore vignetting becomes visible ).
