The DJI Ronin Stabilizer is a stabilized camera support system for professional and amateur filmmakers

The RONIN is entirely constructed of aircraft-grade aluminum and mounted on high-precision chains. Particular attention has been paid to the quality of manufacture to make the Ronin stabilizer a tool capable of facing the most rigorous conditions, in the field or in aerial photography.

Its ergonomic design and ultra-fast processor, combined with precision sensors and advanced firmware, provide ultra-stable videos, at arm's length or on mobile support, vehicle or drone.

High-precision sensors, high-performance motors and a 32-bit DSP processor have resulted in a system that corrects manipulation with an accuracy of 0.02°

The Ronin can easily be adjusted to support a lightweight micro 4/3 type camera but can also support heavier Red Epic type systems.

The simplicity of the implementation of RONIN saves time and therefore money, which is a decisive point whatever the nature of the project.

Features:

 SmoothTrack Control allows a single user to control pan movements, combined with the 3-axis gimbal system you get ultra stabilized movements. Filming with a long focal length becomes easier for a single cameraman.

3 modes of use:

The 3 modes of use of the RONIN allow it to be used in all situations. it is possible to switch from one to the other without having to change the settings of the application or without the help of tools. SmoothTrack functionality is available in all modes.

- Up mode: flip the Ronin's gimbal to raise the camera axis

- Inverted mode: standard use of the gimbal, suspended use, an "easy rig" helps to relieve the weight, also used for mounting on a drone.

- Suitcase mode: When for example you go through doors or narrow openings, the ''suitcase'' mode is perfect and allows you to rotate the arms at right angles for a narrower profile.

Built-in receiver & remote control: The built-in DJI receiver allows a second operator to control the RONIN remotely. The operator of the stabilizer can therefore worry about the trajectory of the camera while the second will manage its movement.

In the case of mounting on a drone or on a vehicle, this also makes it possible to separate the piloting of the machine from the control of the camera. A D-bus port makes it compatible with receivers from other brands.

Top Accessory Bar: The Top Accessory Bar makes it easy and safe to mount accessories such as a monitor or video transmitter. Quick handle: Equipped with a quick-attach system, you can mount a quick handle on the bar, or attach the stabilizer to a drone.

Intelligent battery for 4 hours of autonomy: the intelligent battery designed for the RONIN attaches with a click and charges using the supplied charger. An indicator allows you to check the remaining charge. Each cell is protected against overcharging and discharging for extended life. The average autonomy is 4 hours depending on the use and the mounted camera.
