While retaining the core features that made the Snap Tilt Head so popular, this new head benefits from new features and improvements: The umbrella slot has been redesigned with an angle to position the flash more towards the center of the umbrella and achieve better light distribution. -The clamping capacity at the balance lock handle has been increased to further secure the position and prevent light movement during shooting. A new locking system has been implemented to use the ball head with any foot or accessory fitted with a 5/8'' spigot. The ball joint is made in Italy in compliance with the highest quality standards. Manfrotto's innovative counterbalancing system is a key element of this ball head: it provides maximum safety thanks to the springs that prevent the accessory attached to the ball head from accidentally falling and being damaged. With a load capacity of 2 kg, the tilt head with flash shoe can support the latest portable lighting equipment. For example, you can attach a flash or an LED torch to it with a light modification tool. The clamping ring allows you to simply and securely attach the accessory of your choice. Loosen the ring to release the claw, slide the accessory then tighten the ring to lock. You can then start your shoot safely.
