Introducing the Panasonic Lumix BS1H The Panasonic Lumix BS1H is an ultra-compact box camera with interchangeable lenses that incorporates a 24MP full-frame sensor and offers unlimited 6K 24p / 5.9K 30p 10-bit video recording. It can also record 4K/C4K 60p 10-bit HEVC video using an image area equivalent to Super 35mm. 4K 30p video in 4:2:2 10-bit can be recorded in H.264 over the entire sensor area. Combining the video performance of the Lumix S1H and the compactness of the Lumix BGH1, it features native Double ISO technology that enables high-sensitivity recording up to ISO 51200 with minimal noise. It also features superb bokeh, impressive low-light performance, and a wide dynamic range of 14+ stops in V-Log. It also incorporates the renowned colorimetry of VariCam cinema cameras, and features V-Log/V-Gamut profiles for high dynamic range and a wider color space than BT.2020. In addition to HDR video recording, the camera box records video with ITU-R BT.2100 compatible gamma curve, and user can now choose Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) option in Photo Style. On the connector side, it has a multitude of a USB 3.1 Type-C port, a 3G-SDI (BNC) port and an HDMI Type-A port, which can be used for simultaneous outputs. Additionally, Genlock IN (BNC) and Timecode IN/OUT (BNC) functions that enable multi-angle synchronized video recording are available to build a scalable system with external monitors, rigs and gimbals. Finally, the BS1H offers the possibility of doing Live Streaming via IP streaming which allows the transmission of high quality images to the online streaming platform with a PC connection via LAN cable.
